Acceptance of terms
By accessing or using Nukam, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you are using Nukam on behalf of a brand or company, you agree to these terms on its behalf.
The service
Nukam reads and analyzes your Meta (Facebook & Instagram) advertising data to provide dashboards, benchmarks, alerts, and insights. Nukam is a read-only analytics tool — it does not create, edit, or manage your advertising campaigns.
Your account
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You must have the right to connect any Meta ad account you link to Nukam.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the service, attempt to access data belonging to other customers, or interfere with the platform's operation or security.
Data
Your use of data is also governed by our Privacy Policy. You retain ownership of your data; you grant Nukam permission to process it solely to provide the service to you.
Availability and changes
We work to keep Nukam available and accurate but provide the service “as is” without warranties. We may update, suspend, or discontinue features, and may revise these terms; continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Nukam is not liable for any indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the service. Business decisions you make based on Nukam's insights remain your responsibility.
